Ghana’s confirmed coronavirus cases have jumped from 141 to 152. This was made known by the Ghana Health Service.
According to the Service, the 11 new cases, were recorded just today, March 29, 2020.
10 of the new cases are among persons who were under mandatory quarantine in the Northern Regional Capital Tamale, under the direction of the Regional Security Committee.
10 out of the 11 new cases are Guinean residents who traveled through Burkina Faso and Togo to Ghana and were picked following an intelligence report.
The eleventh case was, however, recorded in the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi.
