Jordan Ayew’s late superb strike against West Ham on boxing day has been nominated foe EPL goal of the month for December 2019.
The in form attacker took the ball from the right flank and dribbled past five players before cheekily dipping it past the West Ham keeper in a faint mood for the winner in the 90th minute after Robert Snodgrass and Cheikhou Kouyate had traded goals.
Ayew’s goal was hailed world wide and now it has been selected for the prestigious EPL goal of the month alongside Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish, Rodri of Manchester City, Liverpool’s Xherdan Shaqiri, Kevin De Bruyne of Manchester City, Southampton’s Michael Obafemi, Son of Tottenham and Brighton & Hove Albion’s Aaron Mooy.
Fans can cast their vote on the official EPL twitter handle or website before 6pm on Monday 6 January.
